ProcFu empowers you to automate tasks effortlessly using scheduled cron jobs. These jobs execute specific actions at regular intervals, ensuring your workflows run smoothly without manual intervention.

Available Tasks

• POST to a URL Trigger webhooks or interact with external services.
• Run a ProcScript script Execute custom ProcScript code for flexible automation.

Customizable Cron Job Scheduling:

ProcFu offers flexible scheduling options for your cron jobs, allowing you to tailor their execution to your specific needs.

Time Options:

• Run every 5 or 15 minutes.
• Run every hour.
• Run at a chosen hour and minute of the day.

Day Options:

• Run the job every day.
• Specific day (1-31): Run the job on the chosen day of the month.
• Weekday names (mon, tue, wed, thu, fri): Run the job on the specified weekdays.
• Weekend days (sat, sun): Run the job on Saturdays or Sundays, respectively.
• Run the job on the last day of the month.
• Run the job on the second-to-last day of the month.
• Run the job on the third-to-last day of the month.

Essential Notes:

• Pause functionality You can temporarily halt job execution by checking the pause option. Paused jobs won't run.
• PWA webhooks Use the full URL as the payload (e.g., https://workflow-automation.podio.com/catch/123456789).
• ProcScript scripts Refer to the script by its saved name.

View Cron Job Logs

You can conveniently monitor your cron job logs directly from this interface. This allows you to check if your jobs ran successfully, identify any errors, and understand the details of those errors.
