Security and Keys: Protecting Your Data

This section provides access to security information crucial for maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of your ProcFu account.

Login Provider Info

Here, you can view details about your connected login provider, such as:

• Auth Provider: Identifies the platform used for authentication (e.g., Podio).
• Auth User ID: Unique user identifier within the connected platform.
• Email Address: Your registered email address associated with the connected login.
• Timezone: Displays your preferred time zone setting.
• Note: You cannot change the timezone directly within your ProcFu account. It inherits your settings from Podio/InfoLobby or your other login method. To update your timezone, please modify it in the corresponding platform.

Important: This process requires verification from both accounts to ensure account security. Do not delete either account until the switch has been completed and confirmed by our support team.

API Auth Token

This section allows you to:

• View your API Auth Token: This token allows external systems like Citrix Podio Workflow Automation (PWA) / GlobiFlow or Zapier to run ProcFu scripts on your behalf.
• Warning: Treat this token with utmost confidentiality. Anyone with this token can access and manipulate your data as if they were you.
• Reset Token: If you suspect a leak, immediately regenerate your token to prevent unauthorized access.

Additional Users

ProcFu allows granting access to other users who can then:

• Perform API calls: Users will have the same level of access as you and can interact with all your connected services.
• Warning: Adding users requires extreme caution as they will have full control over your account and data. Only grant access to trusted individuals and revoke it promptly when no longer needed.

Whitelist IP Addresses

• Purpose: Restrict access to ProcFu scripts from unauthorized sources. By default, only Podio Workflow Automation (GlobiFlow) and Zapier can call your scripts.
• Functionality Whitelist specific IPv4 addresses to allow script execution from your own systems.
• Access to ProcFu Apps and Code Blocks will not be throttled from IP's whitelisted here.

Blacklist IP Addresses

• Prevent access: Block access to your ProcFu Apps and Code Blocks from specific IP addresses.
• Functionality: Enter the IPv4 address you wish to block in the designated field.

How to change Account Ownership?

You can securely grant ownership to another user following these steps:

• Add the new owner as an additional user in your account settings page. (link)
• Have the new owner log in to their ProcFu account.
• Submit a support ticket to request the ownership transfer. Our team will verify the change and officially transfer account ownership.
• Please note that when you change account ownership the security token will be reset.

How to Switch Authentication Providers

If you need to switch your authentication method (e.g., from Podio to Google Auth or vice versa), follow this process:

1. Create a new ProcFu account using your desired authentication provider (Google or Podio). You can create this in any order—whichever method you want to switch to.
2. Raise a support ticket from your current account requesting the authentication provider switch.
3. Raise a support ticket from your new account as well, confirming your identity and the switch request.
4. Wait for confirmation. Once we receive both support tickets, our team will process the authentication provider switch and migrate your account.
