Subscriptions and Billing

• Check your current plan Visit Account > Billing (link) to see which plan you're on.
• Upgrade or downgrade easily: Click the Change Plan button on the Billing page to explore your options.
• Free plan available: Start for free and see if ProcFu fits your needs before committing.
• Premium plans offer more: Choose from 4 premium plans with increasing action limits to suit your usage level.
• Custom plans for high-volume users: Contact support if your needs exceed our listed plans.
• Flexible changes: Upgrade or downgrade anytime, with pro-rated refunds for remaining subscription time.
• Important: Downgrading has limits. You can't switch to a plan with fewer actions than you've already used that month. Wait until your usage resets on the 1st for more flexibility. For example: If you've already used 3,000 actions this month, you can't switch to a plan that only offers 1,000 actions until the 1st of the next month. That's when your usage resets to 0, giving you more downgrading options.

Update Payment Methood

• To change your payment method or credit card, simply resubscribe through the billing page.
• We'll automatically issue a pro-rated refund within 24 hours for your unused plan time from previous subscription.
• You will find the billing page at: Account Page > Billing > Change Plan.
